I love this! My skin feels so clean, but it doesn’t feel like it’s doing any damage. The battery life is phenomenal, I’ve used it at least 10x and have not had to charge it yet. It’s a great addition to my skincare routine and my face feels so soft afterwards. Totally worth the money.

The unit I initially bought did not work, the company replaced it with a new one and I did not have to return the defective face scrubber. This indicates to me that they are willing to “ make it right” if you receive a defective product and since they do not expect you to return the item, the defective items do not go back into the rotation. The customer service is great ( which in my opinion is part of the product’s experience). I chose this unit because of the price point, various attachment head options, LED light , and waterproof feature. Overall, it’s a great option at this price point.

This is a must have in any skincare regimen. My face has never felt so smooth and silky. I no longer have issues with whiteheads as it exfoliates well.

It is rechargeable and the other one I had was battery powered did not hold up well and stopped working

The power is not so good. Barely does it job. I guess I’m used to other that are very powerful with long lasting battery life. This is just ehh.

I used this 5 times so far without charging so the battery is good. Love the attachments on it and yes it is waterproof (so far) and I do feel a difference in my face after using it! Charging is not very convenient but it's the only complaint I have so far
