Grunwerg Rockingham Forge SUPERSHARP Whetstone, 3000 Grit Knife Sharpening Stone, Non-Slip Base, 18 x 6 x 2 cm – FINE

Used this to polish the edges on half a dozen already sharpened knives and parts of the surface have lost over a millimetre thickness. If you need a flat stone this is not going to last very long. You can feel it cutting and it doesn't take long to polish out scratches from a1000 grit stone. It is really cheap and as a quick finish or intermediate polish stone it is OK.

Likes: very cheap. Cuts fast. Builds up slurry in an instant.Dislikes: very soft wears quickly but a quick flattening with diamond plate and bobs your uncle ready to go again.

Keinesfalls 3000 Körnungwie leider viele billige Schleifsteine hier auf Amazon. Dazu deutlich weicher als die als weich geltenden King Schleifsteine. Dazu sehr schleifend wirkendes Schleifgefühl. Aber hohe Schleifleistung gepaart mit hohem Verschleiß. Für Einsteiger ok aber auch dafür gibt's Besseres. Für nen guten 3000 ab 30 Euro einplanen.
