Works very well- Seems Quality
I purchased this for my daughter to keep in her car for all the safety features it has. I received it quickly and it appears to be solidly built and heavy. It also already had a charge right out of the box. However, I was disappointed that there was no instruction in the box at all though. I think I read another reviewer said the same thing. I had to go back to the product description on Amazon and read one of the reviewers very helpful comments on exactly how to operate the various lights. The short presses of the button were pretty obvious but had no clue how to make the side light or red/blue flashing light come on until I read that reviewer comments (thank you!) Everything seems to work as described in that review except I only seem to have one speed for the red/blue flashing lights. If I press a short one, it just goes off entirely, then short press again, goes back to the red/blue flash. The alarm feature is not really that loud, it’s piercing but not terribly loud. Another reviewer said the alarm was about useless but i opted for the T10 version anyway due to the higher lumens. Overall I am happy with the purchase but really wish it wasn’t made in China! I may consider using more as useful Christmas gifts. I didnt rate the battery life at all as i have no idea how long a charge will last yet. I am looking forward to having this handy item for years to come.

Great Flashlight
The one thing I don't like about this flashlight is that it takes 3 clicks to turn off, in any of the 3 modes. That said, its really great. The flashlight beam is super strong. I can see the beam reaching houses over a block away. Up close the light is crazy intense. The lantern mode (when the side produces light) isn't nearly as intense but its decent as a camp light. The colored flashing lights are definitely attention getters. The whole thing is solar powered. I just leave it by a window. Haven't had any issues with it. I really haven't tried any of the other bits and bobbles on it but I'm just satisfied with using it as a flashlight. I think the price is very reasonable for the performance.

Fairly bright has a lot of features!!
This light is mostly what it says it is. It is a little awkward to operate and use all of the features. The alarm is not very loud at all!!! Everything else operates mostly as claimed.I have charged it up and left it in my car and the battery seems to stay charged.I don' know about the photocell charging, because I don't leave it in the sunlight where people can see it.I have it where I can grab it to cut my seatbelt and break out the window if I were to go into the water.(I have electric windows) It has an l.e.d. that glows so you can find it in the dark. I doubt if you would see it in the water!!It is heav y and long enough to use as a club or to break out a window. This is everything in one, so I don't have to look for breakout tool and a flashlight and a seatbelt cutter in case of emergency. Make your own decision. I will probably buy another one for my wife's car if this one holds up!!

How to Charge from Wall Socket
I press button and headlight lights up for 1 second and goes off. No light. Then I push button again but longer and I get the strobe lights. Could not keep the headlamp on. Then I plugged it in to wall socket to charge it to receive energy, not give energy away to a device. How to receive: In the flashlight charging portal area there are 2 charging outlets; the small end of your charger can be placed in the small portal in the flashlight to receive energy and the larger end of the charger goes into an adapter that accepts the charger on one end and has the usual 2 prongs on the other end that goes into wall socket. Corrected problem. Same way I charge my phone. After that, I suppose solar charging will suffice. But this is how to charge from an electrical outlet and I did not see this covered in the directions. Blue light flashes while charging is ongoing and blue light is solid when charging is complete.
