This product is amazing it really works. The main thing is boil the water close to boiling point and then put the water to the place where you want to work on dent (where the temperature is too cold). Then try the glue technique and it will stick for sure and dent will be pulled...Only issue is you will run out of glue sticks and It would be awesome if someone can link me the glue sticks only without the glue gun since I already have it in the package

The glue from the glue gun is not strong enough to bend metal. The glue gun is supposed to be used for arts & crafts. I suppose if the dent is in a very pliable part of the body, it may work. However, if you cannot bend the surface easily with your finger, the glue will not hold enough.

Product seems good, only issue is when you see the item online you assume it has what you need to repair a dent.I haven't used it yet because I need to buy a glue gun and glue sticks before I can use.I'm future I'd like this company to add a disclaimer saying a glue gun and glue sticks are required and not included.I'll update my review once I purchased everything I need to proceed with the repair

item does not work at all, I purchased the proper glue sticks aswell as I have a 150 watt adjustable temp gun tried it at 100 watts 125 watts and 150 watts no temperature change the outcome, let it sit the recommended time nothing just pulls off, let it sit longer then recommended time still does the same.I do not recommend this at all

Tried to remove hail dents on my hood doesn't work. I prepped the surface by washing it with alcohol to remove any wax or oily deposit. then proceeded to tighten the screws applying outward pressure to the dent as the tool is intended. Once tightened it stays for a few seconds, you can see pressure applied, but then it just comes undone. Redid all mentioned steps on 6 occasions, the same thing every time. No visible movement to the dent.
