I ordered color T27. I received 6 packs only one pack was a true T27. The other five packs said T27, but they were color 27. No black at all. I’m expecting a full refund with no restocking fee or shipping deducted. Product not as described.

Used this hair for Havana twist. I’ve used Cuban twist hair before and always love it. If you like natural textured hair then this is what you want. Light weight and manageable. The shipping was great too.
