What a great product!As an IT engineer...i now work from home on my PC 100% of the time. My job is competitive and with programs like Microsoft Teams we are being tracked for a number of things. The company has removed the options to set how many minutes before my PC shows me away. Five minutes...ridiculous! That brings unwanted stress on me every few mins that I can do without. So i started looking for a mouse mover.The biggest concern i had when reading peoples reviews were that different devices made too much motor noise. I was worried this would be unbearable.... but in fact it was amazingly quiet. Sitting right next to it at arms length you can barely hear it. PERFECT!- Noise from the device, very quiet- My first 45 min test while away to lunch - Flawless- Adaptable plugin either to a USB port or wall power- The toggle on/off button, Excellent. Has an LED and handles nicely- Mouse pointer moves randomly - this is huge because some tracker apps identify patterned movement- The device uses zero drivers or software. Excellent because tracker apps will look for some of these device installs.- I read Windows OS does not recognize the device if you use a USB on the same PC. I didnt verify that part..but you can just plug it into a wall outlet or another USB not part of the PC to be 100% sure.- This device was priced higher than the average mouse mover i saw. But the rating people have given it was well deserved and I'm glad i gave it a try.- Amazon had the device to me within 24 hours of ordering it. Win!- And finally....you have to luv the name of this company "AFK Tech"Enjoy!

Let me tell you all that if you’re working from home this is a must have. After 5 min in idle my coworkers and boss know that I am not at my desk. This artifact gives a bit more freedom while you’re at home. I’m planning on using it wisely because I don’t go out while on company time but if I need to cook something, take my dog for a walk, do some laundry, I feel comfortable enough to do it without running back and forth to my computer. Whom ever created this device is a genius!

This mouse “jiggler” is perfect for situations were you do not want to plug a device into the system. It has a round pad that moves underneath the mouse, keeping the computer’s screen saver from activating, or going into sleep mode. It comes with an external power supply.

Just because this plugs into the wall and not your laptop, It still makes a continuous motion which caused an alert on my laptop. I am sure the IT dept noticed this “motion” over an over-extended amount of time ... for my extended lunch. In my case, and on this day, I left for a dentist appt. I was gone for 2 hours at least. Not good. I got an indication saying that I needed to update software and obviously it gave a red flag. Prior to that, I just used here and there and most likely <1 hour at a time, And no red flags.

It free me up while working from home to do other little things around the house and I don't have to worry about my computer timing out and logging off.
