Purchased four of these which the shipper broke up into 3 shipments. The first single item arrived a total disaster in the box. The container had been smashed apart and about 1 pound of gel had gotten out and into the cardboard shipping box. The absorbing airbags placed in the shipping box failed because too few were used and had shifted to the side of the gel container which then allowed the gel to shift back and forth, ultimately allowing the gel container to crack all the way around causing major gel loss. When the pkg was handed to me in the office, our mail guy asked me if I thought the box had gotten wet. I was still able to salvage the remaining 4 pounds of gel that hadn’t leaked out. I now use the gel container upside down wrapped with plastic wrap that acts as the lid. Simply wrapping the gel containers with plastic tape and placing in a large ziplock bag would have prevented such a mess. I expected the same with the other two shipments but they survived intact which I was really happy about.

The tub was partially open. Spilled into the packaging. Significant amount of content in the plastic packing.

This product has clear in the name. I have purchased it before and this gel was yellow

I like this brand, it holds my hair & it doesn't dry it out. I just wish it had handled on the bottle. It's a little heavy & I dropped it & the bottle broke.

The box was busted. And half the product was wasted out into the box. I love this product so much, I was greatful it was at least 1/2 full. I scraped as much from the sides of the box and empty it into what I left. Very sad.

Gets the job done, but it is way too sticky for me and it smells very "chemical-y." The smell was too strong for me.

Love this gel. Have been using it for years. Never had a problem, it's alcohol free which gives you peace of mind. I purchased a more expensive gel because it smelled great and started seeing hair on my hand after applying which led me to believe it was caused by that other brand. Definitely sticking to this gel going forward.
