I use the machine couple of times n one of the wrist band part that u stick in the machine broke n the other one look like it's getting ready to break ...do y'all have replacements for this machine. I need them ASAP

I have been using this unit for over two weeks now on a daily basis. I have a heavy metal load that is off the charts and this really is working very well to reduce that in conjunction with taking zeolites and cilantro extract orally. I was attracted to the fact that two people could do this at the same time; two far infrared belts, two arrays, two wrist straps, and the ability to handle two detoxes at the same time. I have only done one at a time, but have used both sides of the unit to make sure they both work. The unit works well and has exceeded my expectations.I know it works because after seven days of daily use I had a Herxheimer reaction. I was detoxing faster than my liver could eliminate the toxins, because contrary to popular belief, the toxins are eliminated through your urine, bowels, and sweat, not your feet. I solved this issue by drinking half my body weight in ounces of water each day to flush those toxins out of my body and with a coffee enema, which I will continue every 4 to 5 days while my detox is so intense; I’m sure much more intense than the normal user would experience. I know it sounds gross, but as a cancer survivor I learned to overcome stigmas in order to eliminate toxins and dead cancer cells from my body. I am five years cancer free from one that is very aggressive and has a high level of recurrence and metastasis, so treating my body as a machine that requires intensive care and detox has been my mission and my body feels and functions better than ever!As a sidenote, the arrays are relatively cheap to replace right here on Amazon, but with proper care they can last at least a couple of months with daily use. I rinse my array and then submerge it in Lime Away mixed with equal parts of water in a mason jar for ten minutes and then re-rinse it, after which I use my blow dryer to quickly dry the array. I rinse my tub with water and then pour about a tablespoon of lime away in the tub with a little bit of water and swish it around with a bottle brush, which removes any of the staining that has occurred.I rate this unit five stars and two thumbs up! I would grab one before the price goes up, because it surely will! It is most definitely a phenomenal addition to my detox protocol and I couldn’t be happier with it.

It one is new to me, although I have been doing foot-baths in my practice for 15 years. I am not sure about the shoulder heat , but willing to give it a try. Have clients with shoulder issues and they will no doubt love the heat. It gets very hot on high. So far so good. The price was very affordable.

I bought this machine a couple of months ago and immediately started using it and much to my surprise I found that the salt ionized in the water and the chlorine part of the salt began to immediately attack the array and left an enormous of rust floating in the water. After about four uses I switched from salt to equal amounts of baking soda after cleaning the array. My water no longer is filled with rust and my array should last for a very long time.

Since this is my health, I returned it as soon as I read the instructions. they did not elaborate on the specifics regarding the reasons behind each mode. They were poorly written too, i am under the impression that they're just looking for quick money by selling products to Americans regardless of the effectiveness of the products themselves and our understanding on the use, thus, the instructions.It was going to be my first time trying an ionic foot detox bath but my intuition told me not to try this machine. What if we used them wrong? What if we used the positive setting instead of the negative, when our body at the time needed negative. Adding more positive ions to our bodies can be damaging as they kill healthy cells. It should *only* be used if our PH level test indicates so. BUT that's ALL from the research I've done, none of this was mentioned in the instructions.Plus I think that they should provide PH level tests since they have all of those fancy settings... how else would we know what we need? we'd have to also buy the tests in order to safely use this machine. so many red flags. hopefully the manufacturer takes this review seriously and change things up to better suit the safety of our health.

The machine definitely seems to get the toxins out. I'm pretty impressed with that. I didn't like how the instructions obviously come from a non-english speaking country. They're difficult to make sense of and far from complete. All in all it seems to be working pretty well once you know what you're doing. And the more I use it the less gross stuff comes out, so it's doing something.

It worked the first 4 times and then died. Instructions were followed to a T and customer support is not existent. It was returned.
