BESWOOD offer 12 months warranty from the date of purchase for BESWOOD products.

Q: We received red slicer. The red paint appears to be coated with substance. Does anyone know what this is and is it safe for the meats and cheese.

It washed when I did the initial cleaning, haven't had a problem with it since, it doesn't can off anymore.

Q: Can this cut raw beef? Like for beef jerky?

Hi there. Just thinly sliced a slightly frozen raw Ribeye roast for cheese steak sandwiches and the slicer preformed flawlessly! In fact, this slicer was purchased to slice Canadian Bacon and smoked Bacon. Have used it once but no issues noted, plenty of power, and blade was extremely sharp enough to get through the semi-frozen meat. Can't be happier at this point with it.

Q: is this machine easy to clean ?

Its very easy to clean but only hand wash or you will discolor the metals.
