This little book gives so much info on Achilles tendonitis. It has exercises, good shoes, and much more.

Excellent assistance to me as I try to combat Achilles Tendonitis from MS related dorsiflexion footdrop. The exercises are proving very helpful. I was already icing and wearing a brace specific for this nasty condition. I did PT but am finding this book much more helpful to my healing process.

The book has a wealth of information and certainly reinforced some of my earlier thinking about rest and overall achilles treatment. An excellent resource- every athlete, regardless of age, should have a copy on hand.

Well written, re-enforced a lot of what I was doing, learned a few new things. Worth the money.
