This solar bug zapper is nice. When sitting outside it zaps more bugs than you think. When I was out of power for 5 days the light on it really helped. Just take it back outside to get the solar power or charge it by USB When you have power.

I have been using my Bug Zapper inside my house most of the time. I did use it after I first got it outside when it rained to see if it would actually work and continue to work. It has continued to work. I set it up at night before going to bed in a dark area. Any flying insect that comes in contact with it dies. You can charge it using the solar panel on the top or using a USB slot. It comes with the USB charger. This handy little item has the ability to use it for a flashlight or strobe light. It is 8-1/2" tall in an oval shape. It also comes with a brush so you can brush off the dead insects.

Totally awesome mosquito zapper!!! Really works to kill all the annoying mosquitoes on our patio & deck!!! It’s just super embarrassing when you have friends or family over for a fun event and they get mobbed by nasty bugs and mosquitoes in your backyard! It’s seriously ruins the entire event for everyone! This zapper is super light weight & very easy to use!!! I have tried so many different sprays, candles & other products to fix this annoying mosquito issue & all have failed to work...Then I ordered this zapper!!! It is super light so I was able to hang it on a hook that I used to hang a plant from. Definitely recommend this product!!! It is definitely a must for my yard in the summertime!

Purchased this but it was not what I really wanted. It is solar charging and it did work for that purpose but the flies got a kick out of playing on it and not going in it to get zapped. I put it inside the house after solar charging it but the flies acted as though it was not there. I had to purchase a larger one and it works great.

Only kills fruit flies if close to the source like a bowl of fruit, doesn't attract mosquitos!

When I bought it I wasn't sure of how well it would work and decided for the price to give it a go. I thought UV lamps needed to be a bluish colour, but this one was a purple colour. After much research I found that it's the Black UV light (which gives off a purple colour) which is the only colour that attracts mosquitoes. Which this lamp uses. After trying it out for 2 hours about half the insects it killed were mosquitoes (9 of them) and the rest were moths. I am really impressed how well this works. The larger the insect the louder the ZAP! Easy to clean using the included brush. Light and portable. Easy to charge with USB. I haven't tried charging it with solar yet because it's fully charged. So clever the hook it has to be able to hang it anywhere.
