Great product for energy and weight loss. You need to build up to the right level so that you're not feeling jittery. Take on an empty stomach. The effect seems to dissipate once you eat food.

i like that is well tolerated and works as intended. Not the strongest i have tried but does the job. Love the little liquid balls. Easy to take. Dont take more than the recommended dose. Good size. Good energy after a few hours. Dont take at night if you want to sleep.

ZERO EFFECTS!
Im 47 years old, 6'2 and 220 lbs, I mix my walk, run and jog for about 90 mins, 3-4 times a week on evenings. Im getting back into shape but still at least 15 lbs overweight. I use light weights as well and do some basic floor routines and planks etc etc.. I have been using this product as recommended for a few days and have felt no effects. I up the dose by one pill and still nothing. I will up it again and see what if anything happens. When i say no effects, i mean nothing..like absolutely nothing..tried it on empty stomach, after meals...ABSOLUTELY nothing...this is either total crap and lies and marketing to sell a product or this batch was garbage

Not Helpful For Me
It increased my blood pressure to the point that my heart was beating inside my ears and a severe dizziness, then I tried to refund they daid is not returnable and the seller didn't accept to refund me, then Amazon covered my loss.
