Elevation 400-500m (1, 300-1, 600ft). The tea farm grows and harvests this handpicked tea under certified Taiwan Organic farming conditions and is fully compliant with zero pesticides. The tea plant varietal is Jinxuan (Golden Lily) Oolong - a special strain of Camellia Sinensis developed by TRES (Tea Research and Extension Station) in 1981. This batch is from the April 2016 Spring Harvest.
