Initial product one of the charms was broken, got a replacement quickly just fine, only for another one of the charms to break (straw in the drink, which I superglued back)

I’m only putting a lower rating for the following story: When I put my AirPods in the case, I noticed how snug it fit inside and thought this was a good thing since the case itself was actually really durable and thick. My glee turned into anger and frustration when I had to take it out of the case to reach the back button and it was s t u c k like my AirPods WOULD NOT move of this case. It took a butter knife and 20 minutes just get the pods out of this case and scratched the pods in the process. My advice? Connect whatever you need to connect BEFORE putting your pods in this case. Other than that, super cute, very durable and love the charms attached to it.

I really like the case. It's durable and super cute. The only issue I had was taking it off. It is SO HARD to get back off the airpods to change cases or to reach the "pairing" button on the back of the white airpod case.

I love this AirPod case!! It’s super cute and durable. You can remove the charms and attach it to a carrying case if you like. I’ve Gotten alot of compliments on it. Some people even mistake it for actual gum lol.

I was soo suprised at the amazing quality. It is so kawaii! I love it. It holds my headphones perfectly , doesn't slip and has a nice opening for the charger.

My nine year olds got this case for Xmas 2020 for her AirPods. It’s really sturdy (probably because it’s very bulky) but she loves it! It’s kept her AirPods nice and nee! Everyone always comments on it, they love it too! And YES it’s easy to charge. Charger fits right in easily! And they’ve never fallen off the AirPod case itself. Would recommend to everyone! Especially if you have kids with expensive gadgets!

Absolutely love this, very cute. Don’t try to unscrew the cap lol. The little glass ball with foam beads did come off once because of too much pressure/something being dropped on it, but I attached it back with gorilla glue and a toothpick. Overall, extremely cute and good quality case, little attachments are adorable
