If you need a simple no nonence phone which lasts an age on a charge then you've found the correct phone. This phone is dead simple to use and the screen is very sharp and clear. It charges via micro USB and comes with a quality cable in the box as well as a dedicated charging cradle which uses a micro USB input but you don't need to use it as you can charge the phone directly. This can take two standard sims which is handy and its easy to switch between sims using the dedicated sim 1 and sim 2 buttons. The text on the buttons is very sharp and large so very easy to read and as you would expect call quality is extremely sharp as unlike a smartphone you don't have tons of OS features and apps running in the background so even in a weak signal area your call will get through. The FM radio is handy and uses the inserted headphone cable as the receiving antenna like most MP3 players so I can't fault this phone it all it does its job extremely well so highly recommended.

The phone doesn’t retain its charge at all and crashes with no charge at random times. I bought this for my elderly father and over the three days he had it it worked one day. Save your money and buy a different phone. Utter garbage.

Exactly what was discribed, easy enough phone to use. Buttons are a decent size that my nana can see clearly. Only drawback is the screen on the front doesn't show the full name or number. Everything else is fantastic.

This dual sim flip phone is a great basic phone. You won't be able to do anything fancy on it but for calls and text messages it's ideal. I particularly love that i can answer a call by opening it and end a call by closing it makes life much simpler and is a major benefit of this flip phone in my opinion.The phone is dual sim but only one sim slot is a nano sim. For the other slot if using a nano sim card you'll need to use the very handily included sim resizing card and slot it into the applicable size shape before inserting.I find the calls to sound clear and easy to hear. I like the SOS function too, really convenient. The buttons all feel nice to touch and are all nice and responsive. Whilst this phone is great for the elderly it'd also be great as a back up phone for people of any age. Great device.

Very basic phone, it’s very cheaply made and you can feel it. Technically it works as designed but setting it up, especially inserting the SIM card was really fiddly and is something that will need to be done by someone who doesn’t actually need a big button phone. Dual displays is nice but the outer screen isn’t very big which limits the amount of useful information it can display.

It just turns off for no reason & it’s hard to get it back on. So unreliable. Doesn’t always charge up.

A flip phone aimed at seniors, always liked flip phones gives you that sense of having the speaker at your ear and mic next to your mouth.In box instructions would have liked to see these bigger and coloured, base stand charger nice touch, battery, basic headphones. Another nice touch having a SIM card adapter in, be very frustrating if got the phone and your sim would not fit, no mini sd card included however. Phone feels well made screen on outside and inside. Overall very tactile.As with these type of phones, to put the sim and battery in, you need to take the back off, it’s a bit of a pain but it’s secure and you will not be taking this on and off really after fittingPhone turns on fast, clear, menus easy to navigate, sets the time etc after it found my simBluetooth, camera, sos features,As it’s a flip phone of course you have to flip it open to answer though you can turn this feature off if you wish, though having a screen on the outside gives you a visual for in coming calls texts . What tends to happen with flip phones if you are after a good hands free, then speakers are lacking, this is no exception it’s okay., however you can use Bluetooth to overcome thisIn summary for the price, you are getting a solid phone, yes it does not have all the bells and whistles or apps etc, but has Bluetooth, clear display, nice large buttons, fits nicely in a pocket.I would definitely consider having this as a work phone as well, as the flip to answer calls is a great, would like to see more flip phones in the market place, not just aimed at seniors.

This handset is very useful as an emergency handset and/or for those needed large buttons, screen display and simplicity of use.The phone has a good battery life and comes with all relevant accessories ( battery, headphones and speaker, charger and a stand, all coloured black and very simple to use!).Everything arrived in a cardboard box and each individually plastic wrapped.Very simple to set up and use and you will need a SIM card to use - it will take a micro SIM card or a standard sized SIM card.
