I wear a women's large so I ordered a medium. Fits perfect, not too tight or too loose. Only thing is the cuffs on the sleeve are a little snug, not tight enough to cause discomfort but if you have sensory issues it might bother you

XL was too loose in the neck and too tight in the chest. Graphics weren't properly centered. Material quality was fine. I returned it.
