I use this as my teacher bag EVERY DAY! I decided it's getting a bit worn, maybe be time to replace it - out of curiosity, I looked when I bought it: 2016!!! Do you have any idea how much stuff teachers carry???Plus that's always my travel bag for laptop, papers, etc.In the SIX YEARS 😳 I've had this, it has carried some serious book weight, and ALL handles are still originally attached.I'm replacing mine because the handles are starting to look tired... And the inside has been stained by pen, ice tea, markers, and whatever else over the years.... But the old one will just be the backup.

This is a very classy bag, almost perfect for work and travel. It's very roomy, with great pockets, and the nylon exterior and leather handles work great. There's only 2 areas where it needs improvement in my opinion. One, while the light interior is great, it's overly loose from the nylon body, and since it's a light cream, it's not going to hold up well over time - it already attracts marks and scuffs. Two, the main two body straps need another inch or two to comfortably fit over your shoulder, and the single shoulder strap, while great in theory, has such a slick leather pad on it that it slides right off unless you constantly hold onto it or try to use it as a cross body. Otherwise, a great bag.

I use this bag daily for work so it goes through a lot. I buy a new one every couple of years. I hope they never take this one off of Amazon. I've purchased more expensive bags and hated them so please keep this on Amazon.

The bag is much larger than I was expecting which is good and bad. I was planning on using it as a school bag to carry a laptop and books and it is definitely large enough for that but I am not sure it is sturdy enough or thick enough for a lap top it really has no padding or form to the bag. I plan on trying it for school and if it doesn't work I will keep the bag I think it would be perfect weekend bag to pack if going away for a few days. I ordered the gray color and it is different from the picture. The color is actually more of a brown taupey gray. I still like the color but if I had to choose again I would get the black I think. This bag reminds me a lot of the long champ bags if you're looking for something similar at a much cheaper price.

Hi, this is Jill Goodsett. I absolutely love the look of the bag. It looks very professional and the outside is very cleanable. It is also the perfect size that I’ve been looking for. The handles fit nicely over my shoulder and it also has the strap to go around like a cross body tote. The only thing I don’t like about it is, why do the linings always have to be unattached? It makes the inside of the bag sloppy. I ended up adding Velcro to the two pockets that are inside the bag so they wouldn’t flap open. So I’m going to keep it and use it as my work bag, since there’s room left over to put my lunch in there.

This tote is even nicer than the photos! It is quite large, but perfect for me to carry my work "stuff" and could even serve as an overnight bag. I love all the pockets inside - plenty of slip pockets, a large zip pocket and a larger slip pocket. The outside zip pocket is handy for those items that you need quick access like keys or cell phone. The quality of the straps is good (I usually destroy straps so we shall see) and I like the fact that this bag included a sturdy shoulder strap that included a very sturdy clamp! Some shoulder straps just contain a flimsy clamp to attach to the bag, but this one has sturdy gold clips. The inside is lined nicely and despite some of the other comments, I don't have a problem with it being too loose. This is really a beautiful and stylish bag!

I love this bag. It is perfect as an overnight bag or carry on for airplane. I intended to use it as a bag for work, however it is a tad too big unless you plan to bring a lot of items back with you to and from work. It could easily fit work papers, a computer, lunch, a water bottle, your phone, and wallet. It does not stand upright when items are not in it. It does have a solid bottom, which is great in that it stays flat on the floor. I would recommend this bag as a cheap alternative to some more higher end or expensive bags, especially if you are looking for an inexpensive bag that looks high end and is highly functional.
