So like everyone, I don't want to buy extra gadgets for every job because I don't want to clatterthe kitchen and try to use the tools that can perform many functions.This little device just happens to be one of my most favorite tools in the kitchen.Many times a day when I need a small chopping job, I reach for it without thinking.I love to chop nuts, herbs and garlic and small vegetable portions with it.IDEAL for..Cereal - nuts chopped in no timeHerbs for soups and salads - when I need to chop some parsley or dill or chives or cilantro .. this puppy is absolutely amazing.. no tacos or salads can go without being introduced to this toy.Soups can be done much faster with this guy since I can chop fast small amounts and make myself one small soup for lunch in minutes time.I even use it for a tuna salad as solid albacore comes often really solid and instead of using hands or forkthis does amazing job making if fluffy and separates the chunks to my liking.Love to use it for chopping onions as however fast with the knife I am, this does it faster and more fine then I would ever do within the same time frame.I like how easy to use it ishow sturdy and perfect and how super easy to clean. I just open it and separate parts and throw it in the dishwasher.I am thinking to get a second one as often when it is in the dishwasher I need and in the middle of the wash cycle I feel like I can truly use a second one.Take so little space.Totally worth it!

Poor quality and looks like it's already been used! Cheaply made and didn't even come wrapped. Just in an old looking dollar store box. Blades are weak tin. Would have been better to use a tuna fish can to cut vegetables not this piece of crap. Pissed I wasted money on this garbage!

kind potential shopper, this little tool is dreamy to look at but i’m not sure if the pictures make it clear how very small it is..the container for chopping onions probably best serves for a one-person serving but of course if you chop onto a chopping board that restricting size is bypassed..also mine did not come with any instructions and how to detach the cutting blade is not obvious nor is which way to put the protective disc that fits around the blades..i have not found it easy to assemble to use although i can of course return to the amazon site and review the pictures it offers..also this lovely looking tool is no doubt a find for its $13, but i honestly think that another model at 7 or 10 dollars more might serve someone better..it seems less sturdy than i would have hoped for and while i do not ever wish to il-speak of a vendor’s product, as i know how hard it is to be and stay a vendor in good standing with amazon given reviews and all, still i feel that i have been honest and fair and not disrespectful.. and it is the sort of guidance i would have been grateful to read in advance of choosing this model as i plan to follow my own advice and return this one unused and spend a bit more for a sturdier unit...and hopefully one that offers disassembling instructions..i wish for each of you reading my thoughts here a choice that serves you really well..

This is a good chopper but the food get stuck in the groove causing you to stop chopping multiple times to free the blades.

Over the year, I have tried many tools to chop garlic cloves and ginger... this tool is the best tool for that job, hands down! Easy to use, easy to clean, what more could one ask for?

The food would get stuck between the blades and blade cleaner.
