Why are there so many negatives remarks regarding color, quality & purify?

It’s color is exact but it’s so tiny I sent it back

Are these dyed in any way? I’m using them in my shrimp tank and need to make sure no dyes are used. I use natural colored ones already.

Not 100% sure but I don't think any dye is used.

Is this safe to use in a fish tank?

Not in a freshwater tank where fish could brush against it and damage their scales opening them up for infections. Stick with smooth surface rocks.
