I have been taking this product for the first time for about a week now. I have had a history of leaky gut years ago and have healed it. I recently started to get symptoms of leaky gut again and wanted to try this product, especially since it contains L-Glutamine (which has helped me in the past). I have already started seeing an improvement in my symptoms (mainly acid reflux and inflammation, to name a few). I take two pills every morning on an empty stomach (which works for me, personally). I plan to continue taking this product, it will be a part of my daily regimen. I do recommend!

I bought this for my son who has a leaky gut problem. After taking it for 2 days he is seeing a big difference.

Leaky gut. Not the kinda thing you really want to talk about at a party or with friends. My doctor diagnosed this after having some weird symptoms and every other test was negative. I was not sure even what it was but did my research and changed up my diet a bit but also started on these supplements 2 pills a day for 60 days. Within about 10 days my symptoms improved. Within 30 days they were pretty much gone. I'm still taking these and probably will for awhile. All I can say is they really do work, and pretty quickly.

I have been taking 2 Capsules before meals, and I think it is helping for what these are described for? Directions read 2 Capsules a day. I am an RN and decided a daily dosen would not be enough as a daily dose not enough!

I love Ancient Nutrition products, but unfortunately this one isn’t for me. Works well for digestion but gives me a massive headache about an hour after I take it.

Very good and rated highly in my new app (free) called SuppCo. You scan bar codes and it tells you the quality rating based on quality of ingredients, sourcing, testing, certifications, etc. all of the Ancient Nutrition products that it had in the database tested top notch.

This with Gut Restore probiotic is awesome for leaky gut, you can notice a difference almost immediately. I am a doctor and Dr. Axe is my #1 alternative health doctor and doctor in general I go to for health and wellness advice. I read his “Eat Dirt” book on leaky gut, it is good as well. I have combined these two supplements with the Auto Immune Protocol (AIP Diet) and have stellar results. I was severely ill, I was throwing up almost every day and developed all kinds of auto immune symptoms. My healthcare team (4 M.D. specialists) couldn’t figure out what was going on. I was 90% sure it was leaky gut. Literally in 4 weeks with these supplements and following the AIP diet strictly, I was 95% symptom free..I had my life back. There were a few foods Dr. Axe said were ok in his leaky gut protocol laid out in his book, but they offended my system. These same foods were excluded on the AIP. This showed me the AIP was a bit stricter and gave me better results than his protocol; though, both protocols are about 90-95% the same, so they agree on most food categories. If you think you may have leaky gut or if you have an auto immune disease, you owe it to yourself to buy both of these supplements and get serious about changing your diet.
