Cute kit - especially for someone young, just starting out
My 8 year old loves these tapestry kits. This was the second one she's done and she needed very little supervision. She enjoys working on it while watching television and is very pleased with the results - wanting to show everyone how she's come along. I would have given this 5 stars but the light blue and yellow in this kit are slightly difficult to see on the base "net" so if you want to avoid that, go for a kit that has darker more easily distinguishable colours.

Poor printed design :(
Nice first kit, however the pattern was printed wonky on the canvas, and wasn't usable!I just used the picture on the front of the packaging as a counted pattern - a big shame really, but once completed it looked very nice.. At least I can re-do it in different colours to use up some of my wool, though! After this, however, I refuse to use any other printed kits, but to use counted charts instead! For the cost I'd have expected better...

I love these little children's tapestries
I love these little children's tapestries. As I am a great aunt, I like to give all my newborn great nieces and nephews a little token on the day of their birth so that they will have a memory of me when they grow up and I may not be around. They are very simple to do, and it is just a little joke from me.

I bought this for my great niece. As she has yet to be born
As an adult, I bought this for my great niece. As she has yet to be born, I didn't expect her to do it herself! However, it passed away the boring time in hospital - not at all demanding. The only negative I would say is that there are three pinks and it is not always easy (even to an adult and experienced eye) where the colours change.
