Small and distressed.
I normally buy my Alstroemeria from a local nursery, I particularly wanted the violet colour so sent for the plant. Small, no hint of a flower or buds, and distressed to boot. Now beginning to perk up a bit and I will see what happens. The price is about a third more than i normally pay for plants inpots flowering and twice the size. As an addition to my review, I have now managed to get it to bloom. Does not look as the photo, in fact I hae 2 identical to this in colour. Disappointed, will stick with local nurseries in future.
