Does it job. Its great at what it's supposed to do. But the material heats up pretty quick. Cooling it down with water renders it ineffective. I recommend buying this.

I bought this for my cracked heels and it's been very useful due to this long grip and it very useful if you soak your feet in hot water for 10-15 mins and then use this. Note: it will help is reducing your cracks however you need to regularly use slippers or shoes to maintain your feet in good condition. Otherwise your feet will be back to same old condition after few days.

using this nail file, it seems to me that for the first time in my life I got a really good pedicure. Durable, not like fashionable lightweight files that break. I ordered two more, let there be a reserve for few years. Pink! they are pink, again!
