I purchased these to use in a balloon centerpiece for my parent 50th wedding anniversary celebration. The balloon have a plastic valve on them which made them easy to inflate but the valve did not close tight enough so the balloon deflated quickly too. We finished setting up at 3:30 and by 5:00 many of the balloons had to be blown up again. We tried filling with helium but the valve made them too heavy to float. With the helium or with our breath filling the confetti did not float like in the picture it just sat in a pile on the bottom. Of course a few of the balloon popped over the evening and the confetti was everywhere. The confetti seemed to static cling to the floor and would not sweep up so we have to pick up every single piece by hand during clean up. These were a huge disappointment and I would never recommend!

After reading others' feedback on the confetti in these balloons, I tested them by using a bit of hairspray in one, a bit of water in another, and nothing in the third. They looked beautiful with nothing at all - just be sure to blow them up large enough that they become transparent (they look white if you don't blow them up enough). Also, pop them inside of a bag.

We used these balloons for our Baby Shower and they were one of the highlights of the party!People were asking where we had purchased them because they were just that beautiful. With my son's birthday coming up soon, I'm planning on buying more just because of how they really pulled the parties ambiance together.

I am really disappointed with this one. It’s not gold at all. They just have pale yellow paper that’s cut off into circles inside.
