Purchased as a gift. Recipient reported the 1-inch softgels were easy to swallow. This product allows them to take only one supplement to meet their EPA/DHA needs while having the added benefit of helping achieve glucose homeostasis. No bloodwork done yet to support the claim, however, recipient did not report any adverse effects. I support this brand because their supplements are high-quality, pure, and it is easy to obtain their Certificate of Analysis.

I have used this brand before in other products and I like it. You never know with vitamins, whether they are doing something or not. I do feel better when I take my vitamins every day (about 20). I have been please with the Nordic Naturals brand in the past.

Hopefully they will have it available again. Great product. Availability is the only problem.

I have been taking this for years and my bold sugar has not moved.It had been going up speedily.

Not sure if I see any difference, but am trying this product instead of the plexus slim due to the ingredients being relatively similar. I'm pregnant and have blood sugar issues so I'm hoping this helps. I have been on it for 2 bottles.

Does not help blood glucose levels.
