Issue with the fryer
I have bought this item last year 2021 and iits not working so how do I get it repaired as its under warranty of 5 yrs...I contacted Amazon customer service to provide the contact details of kobbey to claim warranty but they replied that they don't have contact number of kobbey ...So , in short ..you will not be able to claim warranty once ur product is damaged.....

In the plug earth pin is missing
While receiving the product, in the plug instead of 3 pin their is only 2 pin, with out earth pin how can I use the product
