I like this product; it is good for me to learn in the history, culture and English!

If you are looking for a very thin, casual history of the German General Staff and the wars it oversaw in the 19th and 20th Centuries, this is a good primer. Not detailed, not insightful, not for the professional, semi-professional or even well-informed military or geo-political reader. If you need to get 'read-in' on a period of history you may have heard about but never studied (at all) -- then this will get you started.

Excellent evaluation of German General Staff. What people forget is that these men were humans having human faults.
