Recommended & best quality chair
We are very happy with this chair! I brought it for my children who absolutely loved it and found it very comfortable to sit on for long periods. The design is sturdy, safe, and perfect. What impressed us even more was the excellent customer support from the manufacturer — they were responsive, helpful, and ensured a smooth experience from purchase to delivery. The build does seem sturdy. For the price I think its a good deal
The chair seems to be as described and of good quality. Although the side silver covering is just cheap plastic, not really needed, I have given 4 stars instead of 5 as the stitching on one side is not done as per standard. Sharing a picture of the same. Also note that the material in this summer is not very pleasing and can be quite heaty.

A steal
So, I had initially ordered the Milford Chair in Tan for my brother, and really loved the quality and the ease of installation about the chair. We needed something smaller to fit in his bedroom as he had a very narrow area for the chair, so this was a trial for us to check if the chair would fit. And what do you know, it fits like a glove. I personally loved the design, materials, assembly as well as the affordability of the chair that I too decided to go with the same model for my room. Let me just tell you that it is worth the cost and the availability in colours and others designs is just a bonus.

A well-crafted chair
The seat is very well crafted and comfortable, though it should be softer. Easy to assemble, and the height adjuster works perfectly. The castors look smart and work smoothly. But the metal work is a little shoddy, with rust-like blemishes on the base and some cheap tin-work showing on the sides. Still, can't complain at the price!
