I am not sure, do not know the thread size of the argon fittings.

Q: Is this set both torch to hose and regulator to hose?

No, QDB10 is only the torch-to-hose setup. If you need the regulator to hose you would get part# qdb30

Sorry J I don't know what a Bfitting is. I used them on my propane shrink wrap guns. Hey are intended for welding gear-quality stuff. Mgr

These will fit a B size fitting at the end of the hose. Your hose size won't determine if these will work, its the fitting at the end of the hose. Most common sizes are A and B. A size is small the male end measures about 1/4" across. The male end of a B size is bigger and measures about 1/2" across.
