Will it get rid of water spots?

I love this product! While my goal was to bring the light shiny character back to the high grade stainless steel sing, it did remove water spots too. For best results follow direction se explicitly. You will be amazed!

Is the item easy to use?

It was easy to use, but I didn't notice much difference in my sink before and after. But I will continue to use it maybe weekly.

Will this cleaning product clean the allegedly stainless steel of decades old Revere Ware?

We would only recommend using this product on stainless steel sinks.

Does this leave a toxic residual in the sink

This is a fine stainless steel sink cleaner and polisher. I am not aware of any toxic residue. Remember, when you have cleaned the sink, you always want to rinse and then follow by drying with a clean cloth.
