Provides instant energy I am using it ferro the 4 Th time now and fund it cheap and best. For beginners even 1/4 scoop is enough to start with.

Drink slowly through out your workout, as effects are very fast to feel.
A very potent pre-workout, take it through out your workout rather than gulping it before and, you won't have any crash out later in the day. I also recommend eating some carbs before your workout, do not take this with a empty stomach, you will be miserable afterwards if you do. I will recommend this only to those that are going to gym regularly and fit aswell.
