I used this product to surface my showroom floor. Did all the prep work by the book. It was not cheap and was time consuming. 3 week later it started peeling up. What a nightmare. I spoke to some professionals who tell me it should have been shot blasted which I was never told. My suggestion would be if you need this work done. Done do it your self and don't waste your money on this product that was sold to me as a product that will stick to anything and be long lasting and durable. I'm positive this is now going to be quite costly.

I bought this thinking it was going to be reasonable to put on. The product basically separates right in front of your eyes. It is a nightmare to apply. I finally had to finsh painting the floor with a brush because it would not stay on a roller. Buy the other (rust-oleum) product to paint your garage floor. This was the worst applying paint I have ever had in my life.HORRIBLE.. DO NOT BUY!!

After a disaster with Hot Trax, Garage Guard caused no problems. I applied it according to directions, and a few weeks later the garage floor continues to look great with no sign of "tire lift".

Worked perfect for me. With proper roller, and correct mixing there should be no problems. Garage floor looks brand new, love it.
