Healthy drink recipes
This book was a gift for my brother and his wife. She gardens like crazy and is always looking for new ways to use her garden. This book has recipes for her health conscious side and modifications for my bartender brother.

Absolutely Wonderful Book!!!
His book is incredible! I haven't had alcohol in over 20+ years and had difficulties finding good tasting and good quality non alcoholic drink recipes. I grow many of the mentioned ingredients and it gives me much satisfaction producing the ingredients, knowing where they came from and are organic, and serving it to family and friends.....WITH NO ALCOHOL!!! YAY!!!

Not a cocktail book
I was really intrigued by this idea, thinking it would give great fresh recipes and ideas for infusions and so on. I was really disappointed though, that with most of the recipes it will be for the non-alcoholic version and mention “this is good if you use gin with it” but not say how much. Many recipes will include a very small amount of a “cordial” which are typically very low ABV. For example in chapter 8, “Pitcher Party” the recipe for the Fruit Tea Refresher serves 4 and contains 1 Tablespoon of ginger cordial.I’m not looking to get completely trashed but a lovely cocktail with fresh ingredients can be wonderful. Find another book if that’s what you want.
