Received fast delivery of a hard-to-find phone handset to go with our existing telephone system. It came in new condition and registered with the base phone quickly and easily! Would buy from here again.

Good Priduct
I like that we can use it throughout our house and I wou Lu d like it even better if it had a charging base that was larger so you coudn’t drop the phone trying to answer it. I love tgatit has a way to control the timbre of a person’s voice so you can hear them more distinctly if their voice range is too low or too high for your range of hearing their consonants.

Not "NEW". Obviously returned and repackaged poorly.
The product itself is decent. I purchased this additional phone to expand the existing system which I've had for several years without problems. However when I opened the somewhat damaged carton I found the protective film had been removed and put back on kind of cock-eyed and finger prints on the underside of the film. The battery and cover were in open bags. This was fulfilled by Amazon. My issue is that when I pay for "New" I expect to get new, not a returned, and possibly defective item. I gave it a three overall but the reduction is due to Amazon, not the manufacturer.
