Quality materials
So far I am very pleased with this product. It is heavy and feels very sturdy. The plumber did not have any issues with installation other than one of the supply hoses getting a tight twist in it. This was only due to it being installed in a tight space. I contacted customer service and they promptly sent a replacement hose which is much appreciated!!!

Amazing
Amazing tub filler. It has a lot of water pressure, fills tub quickly and very stylish. I love how sturdy and heavy duty it appears and feel, yet still very modern. Even the hand held piece delivers alot of water to rinse off quickly. And very well packaged. Love it.

Great Customer Service
When attempting to install, the supply line hoses were too long. The seller was super responsive and is sending me two more sets of hoses. Great customer service.

Great quality and value and great addition to bathroom renovation.
The product was excellent. However, the sprayer was damaged but after contacting the seller, a replacement sprayer and hose has been promised to be sent. The seller responded promptly and courteously! Very pleased with purchase!

Hard to install
This product is very hard to install with plumbing coming from floor. - had to build a platform to install - more money and time

Started Leaking in 6 months
Handheld shower started leaking in 6 months after install. There is no contact information for the seller , so that warranty is totally fake. In hindsight, i should have bought a reputed brand. I dont understand , how amazon can rate this thing as "Amazon Choice" when the seller doesn't stand behind the product
