This actually arrived with some faults which meant having to contact the seller to replace it.They were extremely helpful.I don't live far from the seller so I went to them to exchange the faulty tripod for a new one.The problems were not the fault of the seller I hasten to add.We went over the product and even looked at other options in case I wanted to but a different product, but I settled on a direct exchange.Super helpful and polite retailer 10/10

I was hiking in Yellowstone and saw several people carrying this tripod. I had to get one once I handled one. It is light, has various positions and very stable. Good price!

Das Stativ ist schön leicht (~1,5kg) und lässt sich sehr kompakt zusammenklappen, so dass es problemlos Platz in der Seitentasche meines Fotorucksacks hat.Kompromisse, die man dafür eingehen muss, sind die vergleichsweise geringe Maximalhöhe von knapp 1,40m und die fünf Segmente bei den Beinen - Auf- und Abbau braucht halte etwas Zeit.Der doppelte Sicherungsmechanismus des Arca-kompatiblen Stativkopfes ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, gibt einem aber das gute Gefühl, dass man ihn nicht aus Versehen lösen kann.

I have owned this tripod since August 2021. By all appearances, the build quality is decent. As long as you have it set to shoot in landscape orientation, it should work fine. But beware if you ever intend to use a portrait orientation.My camera and lenses never exceeded the weight limit for the ball mount, but the tripod failed to perform when I needed it during an epic 7,000 mile cross-country trip this fall. The stars and Milky Way were amazing in Yellowstone. I mounted my Nikon Z7 and a 20mm f/1.8 lens - a relatively lightweight setup - to capture the night sky in a portrait orientation. No matter how hard I tightened the knob to secure the ball mount, the camera pivoted with gravity when I attempted to shoot with a portrait orientation. I tried tightening the knob for the ball mount, and I tried shifting the weight of the camera back in the hope that might mitigate the pivoting. No such luck. I had the same issue trying to photograph a waterfall in Great Smoky Mountains National Park two weeks later.I bought this tripod for a more compact version for travel, but I would not trust it again after such poor performance. I also found the lack of a detachable head mount to be an adjustment, but I got used to it. Overall, I am very disappointed with this product.
