This Howleen is probably one of my favorites, if not my very favorite. She's so darling. I love her pink hair and it has a great style. Her dress has an eye-appealing graffiti type print, with hearts, balloons, "OMG," and various doodles. Her shoes are adorable with a bunch of sweet little balloons on them. She comes with only one accessory, a balloon, and she holds it pretty well. She looks appropriately youthful and fun, and for a budget doll I think she is great. I can see her being popular for young ladies since she is cute as a button.
