a nice tool
I purchased this to check the wood moisture content of possible purchases at my local hard wood supplier guy. His wood is mostly keep outside and a prior board warped after purchase. I also am checking a treated lumber fence prior to staining. The price was pleasing and the meter seems to work well.

キャンプで使う薪用にと思い購入しました。市販の薪ではなく、山中で集めた薪用です、薪代もバカになりませんので薪拾いして集めた薪が使えるのか？の計測に使ってます。簡易検査ではありますが、簡単に含有水分量が測れるのでとても便利です。コレで燃費代の節約してます。

Easy to use. Different settings for different types of wood.Wish I knew how to translate the wood settings for other materials.The probes are more than an inch apart so if you are drying herbs, leave 2 inches of stem to get a good reading.
