I recieved the bag in a very bad shape, I was in need of urgently as I was travelling. There was a big hole on the bottom of the bag. And the quality of the bag, the zip was the worst ever. One bad thing is also there is no refund, u will get only replacement. Now I'm in deep sh... I can't get the refund as well as the bag as I'm travelling.. cheats..
