Gyeon Leather Shield Ceramic Leather Coating UV Protection and Repellency

This is one of those products that's a little hard to review because if it's doing its job you don't really notice it. I applied it to a small test area first because I didn't want any surprises on my car's interior. After it dried I was happy to see that it left a matte finish. No shiny look no greasy residue and no slick feeling when you touch the leather. The leather still looked and felt like leather which is exactly what I was hoping for. As a quick test I put a drop of water on the treated area and it beaded up nicely instead of soaking in. That gave me some confidence that the protection is actually there. Long-term durability is something only time will tell but my first impressions are positive. If you're looking for protection without making your seats look glossy or feel oily this seems like a good option.

This stuff is amazing. This is what real commercial retailers use. It shows. No oily slick. Keeps that perfect matte showroom look. As good as it is in cleaning may be better at protecting.

Wow! 13 years of wear and less than ideal cleaning products removed. Seats look great. No residual smell or film. You'll need several clean damp cloths to remove soil, previous products, etc. Well worth the money.

I normally don’t really care much about detailing product scents, but man this stuff does not smell good. I would describe it as “old lady” and baby powder. It’s also very potent. I left the towel I used in the garage and smelled it two hours later. All of their other products smell pretty good, including the leather care products. Not sure if I will be using this again due to the smell.

this is a very nice product for coating leather anything. it has a baby powder smell not strong just right and goes on real easy. i placed this product on my 2016 durango rt leather seats. first i cleaned them and let them dry. i only coated the passenger seat to test out and see difference. the original color or look of the seats is matt black no shine and soft feeling. after i coated the seat you can see the darker and sheen on them. not too glossy but you can see a difference. definately better looking. the seats have a harder feeling but smooth. not bad but difference you can really feel and see the difference. for those looking to coat their leather seats the coating is excellent but does change some of the characteristics of the leather.

Gyeon products I have found to always be user friendly, and this definitely is. Goes on easy. Makes the leather look nice, and appears to do a nice job of protecting the seats in our two vehicles that tend to get abused by kids. Great price for such a “high tech” product, too. Should last a few months like it says without any problems. I’ll update if I find anything else worth mentioning as time goes on. Hopefully this will make my life easier after the mess that always occurs on long road trips.

Decent price, excellent product - no streaking, good coverage area, shipped and received as needed

It leaves leather seats looking clean and protected. Also gives leather a sheen look and slick feeling. The only downside for me would be having to reapply it after two weeks

Habe die hellgraue Ledergarnitur meines 20 Jahre alten Cabrios mit Meguiar's G18516EU Gold Class gereinigt und dann mit Gyeon Q² Leather Coat versiegelt. Das Leder wurde glatt und fühlt sich super an. Für zwei Sitze und Rückbank habe ich eine halbe Flasche benötigt. Das Reinigen war mühsam, das Versiegeln ein Kinderspiel. Kann ich nur empfehlen.
