This pre-workout is good. It is super sweet with the sucralose sweetener. It does have caffeine but doesn't hit you hard and jittery like some pre-workouts.The Watermelon Candy flavor is pretty intense regardless of how much water you put it with. I found that I enjoyed it more with less water for more like an intense shot than something that took time to drink.The amazon description says that it is for women but I don't see anything on the product packaging or BEAM website that indicates it isn't also for men including seeing one of their male athletes promoting it so I'm assuming it is just there to try to affect purchasing habits of Amazon customers.Overall happy with "BEAM Be Amazing pre workout powder (Watermelon Candy, 40 Scoops) supplement for women preworkout, boost energy clinical, safe healthy natural, no crash no jitters adaptogens weight loss".

I had got great focus when using this at a full 2 scoop serving. The energy from it though was lacking. Sometimes 250mg of caffeine is enough for me, but 300 is about the sweet and is what I wish this amount was in this. I wasn't crazy about the taste. It wasn't terrible but it didn't make me look forward to drinking it. I can definitely taste the watermelon, but there's also kind of a bitter aftertaste. For the most part this is a really good formula that I wish had more caffeine and tasted a bit better. Still, you could do much worse for a pre-workout from a new company. Might try the Mango Lime flavor at some point and heaping scoop it and hope it tastes better than watermelon!

This pre workout “Be Amazing” by BEAM surprised me. I had never heard of it before, despite going through dozens and dozens of pre workouts over the last 23 years.Right away I was impressed by the ingredients, and they were all dosed appropriately too, which is not always the case.This pre workout mixes really easily in a bottle of water, and tastes really good too. The flavor I got is watermelon candy, and I have to say it is one of the best tasting pre workout drinks I can remember.About 20 minutes after drinking this, I get a great energy boost, but it’s not overwhelming, it makes me feel like I want to work out, which is perfect.

BEAM makes a really good pre-workout and it has helped me crush my workouts. So many choices out there this is up there with them and is great choice to try out. I have no complaints and it really does give me the edge when my workouts run long!Will use regularly.

This pre-workout powder tastes great and gave me energy that I needed for my exercises without making me jittery or giving me any adverse reactions. The watermelon candy flavor is my favorite flavor yet.
