Ordered post knee surgery & found very useful. Once frozen easy to bend to the shape needed,not too thick or heavy & being 2 in a pack is beneficial ,one in freezer ready each time. The bag provided also a good idea ,keeps the area dry.

I was diagnosed with "shin splint" & after doing physio exercises advised to apply an ice pack. This looked the best & has proved invaluable every day to soothe the area. Bag supplied for freezer storage which is invaluable, the pain relief has been wonderful after exercises. No leakage, a little ice build up which is easily wiped off before returning to freezer

Quite happy with the packs but think they are better suited to ice than heated in microwave. I found the edges got hotter than the middle and I was worried it would melt. As an ice pack they are perfect.

Brilliant product, tried other more expensive packs but they don't get too cold and have to be put back in the freezer after a short while. This product gets really cold and stays cold for ages. Also comes with a bag to protect it from food smells in the fridge/freezer

Works as intended. I sprained the ligaments in my hand very badly one night, and paid overnight shipping for this. Very grateful that it arrived cold the next morning as if it had been stored in the fridge, and I was able to use it right away. Because by that time bruising was visible, the area felt stiff, and I was unable to fully clench my hand to make a fist. A full day of RICE ensured no permanent damage was done, and by the next day, swelling was almost entirely gone and the bruises were already showing signs of healing. The two pack makes it convenient for minimising downtime as you rotate between 20 minute sessions, and it takes about an hour to chill in the fridge or freezer. I found that my mini fridge was enough to get it to the right temp for me, and I could apply it without wrapping in cloth. The gel retains cold temp for exactly 20 minutes. As for the how... I was cleaning out my closet to donate old clothes to charity. I was just about finished, when I tried to grab a box with one hand, slipped, and I guess the power intended for the box instantly transferred back to my hand, almost snapping the tendon. The pain immediately resonated up to my shoulder for a split second, as if I'd been electrocuted. It's been a week as I write this and I'm able to clench my hand again, and I'm certain the ice pack helped start the healing process earlier than without it.
