Doug the Pug Paperback – April 21, 2014

My son loves just wants me to keep reading it over and over again.

This book, which is only available as an ebook for now (publish a physical book please!), is charming, from the author's own illustrations (love the slug!!), to the funny and improbable storyline. This is a great book to read with a pre-K to 1st grader who is learning to associate letters with their sounds, and it showcases the short-u sound brilliantly. The story is just unpredictable enough to keep their interest, and strange enough to keep them laughing! An excellent first book from this author, and hopefully the first of many! My son insists on more books if you're reading this E. B. Jane!

Very clever and cute...I believe that you are onto something!.....oh, I can already see where you can go with a duck named Chuck and a goat named Doat who owns his own boat! ;-). Good job! Hopefully we will see more of these from you....

Enjoyed reading this book by a talented first time author. Loved the illustrations and look forward to more stories about further animal adventures! I recommend this book to anyone , from early readers to grandparents!

Very cute book. I can't wait to read it to my grandchildren. Also my pug is named Doug.

I find that kids like rhyme.It also i s easy reading for young children who can get easily distracted.

Adorable! I enjoyed as much as my 4 year old. He loved the cute illustrations and the rhythmic words and I laughed at the funny storyline. Looking forward to another book by E. B. Jane.
