the only way you will believe how good is try it i made a custard slice by baking a whole supermarket roll of flaky pastry then cut it in half mied 400mg with water as directed let it set for ten minutes then spread on one piece of flaky then put the other on top mied some icing sugar and coated top then in fridge for an hour - it is the best you will ever get 11/4 inches of custard that tastes wonderful you just got to try this.

I love this custard i have just received my second bag, perfect for cake and tart filling, I would recommend it.

I used the product to make vanilla slices. Would be even better if there were detailed instructions for making it especially to make smaller quantities would be helpful

Just open the packet mix with little water at a time till you get thicknesse you want

I used it for making vanilla slices also piped it in eclairs and in a Paris Brest. I cut down on the water which made it thicker, then whisked double cream into it . Delicious! My only concern is that it has a lot of E number in the ingredients list, guess you cant have everything.1
