A must for anyone who is thinking of buying a Silver Shadow/Bentley. In my view the most comprehensive book on the subject, Covers all the pitfalls that one might encounter in their search for their perfect Rolls. Nice one Malcolm!!

V useful for deciding on what to purchase

Cet ouvrage est très bien conçu et détaille les points à contrôler avant l'acquisition du véhicule. La check list fait peur mais l'idée sous-jacente est de ne pas tomber sous un véhicule malsain et/ou de faire réduire le prix de vente en ayant des arguments.

This guide turned out to be a smaller than I expected - but that's probably its best feature in that, once you've familiarized yourself with it, it will make a great pocket guide on site when inspecting a car. These Silver Shadows are complicated cars and for the non-mechanic to remember all the inspection items is practically impossible. That's what makes this particular guide so great...it goes with you. It's informative, provides a repair pricing model and helps separate the good cars from the bad. For it's price, you can't beat it.
