Made a difference
While the vitamins are a bit large, they have a decent taste and have been significantly helpful. I have anxiety/depression issues, and these were recommended to me by someone I trust, with similar issues. I take these combined with K2 and a multivitamin, and the combo has very much improved my mood and energy level, and as an added bonus I havenโt been sick in the last few months since I started. (I frequently get sick and have a four year old soโฆyea always sick.) Iโm very happy with this addition to my diet.

Very large, hard to swallow. Great combination of nutrients if you can swallow it.
Great combination of supplements. Rating is a 4 instead of a 5 due to the horse sized tablets. There is NO need for this size, and hard to swallow supplement. Vitamin companies still go on the assumption the public will equate size with being a superior product. Please, give us credit for knowledge, and give us a 5 Star product.
