it will be recommend but for 2amp output you have to take from 2 pair of port from 8 channel SMPS. As each port give maximum of 1.25 ampere only

It will But won't recommend to do. Because it will support to boot up DVR but required power for Hard Disk then it won't detect and doesn't do recording For DVR required minimum of 12v 2a single port.
