Why wicks material produce black smoke?
My wife used one (1) wick today and created unbelievable black smoke. Really we are unhappy with this wicks. We have never seen large amount black smoke collect on top diva I do not know why this materialgenerated so much black smoke. we made wicks at home from pure cotton so many years and never had this kind of problem.

Horrible product
This diya bati is not good at all. Once you light this, it creates black smoke and due to black smoke walls, doors are becoming black Very disappointed....

Quality has gone down significantly
Quality has gone down from the previous order we made. The wick stem has got thinner and base is also small. Bad quality.
