Worked fine for me
It looks like there are a number of bad reviews with the tool being not right, but for me it worked great, was of a good quality and was as described, exactly.I used it to hand-tighten the centerlock ring on a pair of new bike wheel brake discs and then used a torque wrench in the tool to precisely tighten the centerlock. It is a very light tool, it looks to be manufactured well and the notches lined up fine with the centerlock ring on the disc. The drive socket in the back fit the torque wrench perfectly.I can't really think of anything else to say for such a simple tool that did it's jobs, it worked just fine for me.

Avoid this tool
This tool does not fit Shimano centerlock rings or Hollowtech II bottom brackets. Description is in error.

Works well a little snug and likes to slip
It fit the Shimano Saint bottom bracket I have, though it was a tight fit to install and slipped off easily at times. However, it was good enough to reach the required torque.

Works but not for repeated use
Nice product and it did the job for me. I only needed it for a one-time job and likely never have to do it again. Because this is aluminum when you really lean on it to remove what is (now) a really tight bottom bracket, it shows pressure-dents on the inside. For the price, not bad.

Works perfectly. Well made.
I used this for a conversion from center lock to 6 post disc brakes. It fits perfectly snug over a 44mm bottom bracket, or in my case, the locking ring for the hub.

Took works well for 16 notch bottom brackets and centerlock brakes
It's a nice looking tool and looks like it's made with quality. It does the job exactly how you would expect on 16 notch bottom brackets and also centerlock brakes. I'm happy I bought it

Doesn't work on Campy AFS Center Lock Rotors
I don't want to give it no stars or a bad rating, but it definitely does not work on Campy AFS center lock ring. The teeth on the tool are too wide/obtuse and won't fit into the more narrow grooves of the lock ring. In the images you can see the tool (blue) and the actual Campagnolo lock ring tool (black). Same outer diameter and same number of teeth, but the teeth on this tool are much bigger. It might work on campy bottom brackets which require this type of tool, but I don't know.

BEWARE Does not work on SHimano sirect mount disc like in the pictures
Beware, might be a defective tool I received but it does not fit my centerlock rotors that are 44mm 16 notch.small diameter of toll is around 41.6mm and small diameter of the lock ring is 42.4.

It did the job but only just
It's just not strong enough. The metal is soft and has little grip, but it's a more expensive one.
