Did a good job
I bought both the acid and alkaline cleaners from StoneTech to clean the 5 year old unsealed grout on my kitchen floor. The alkaline did OK (mixed at the highest concentation), but the acid did a better job. I am not a pro, but from what I have read, it is the type of dirt or stain that determines if the acid or the alkaline will do better. I wasn't sure, so I got a small amount of each. Acid won (and restored the grout to what it looks like in areas that have seen no foot traffic).

Not great, just ok
I had to use this at twice the recommended rate for heavy duty cleaning with average results on grout that wasn't heavily soiled. I think some of the reviews on here must have been paid for, or submitted by the manufacturer. I've used Stone Tech products for years with great results, but this isn't one of their best..

Did an excellent job
I have an unglazed tile floor in my kitchen, which got dirtier and dirtier, because the dirt just sinks into the tiles. this lifted most of it out, and the floor looks a lot better now.

Great tile cleaner
StoneTech KA12-32 solved our dirty tile and grout in the shower. The liquid, cut with an equal amount of water, cleaned the very dirty tile and epoxy grout with two applications. I wet-mopped it on and let it sit for 12 hours. Then scrubbed it with rinse water and it looked like new. The best part was the tile was not slippery after the rinse.

Does not work on Oil stains on Granite
I have a Granite Counter top in my kitchen with oil stains due to a leak overnight from the container. I ordered StoneTech KA12-32 after trying another waste product StoneTech EX6-16 1-Pint Oil Stain Remover for Natural Stone which did not work.I followed instructions correctly and it did not remove the stains, I even left it overnight when my first attempt failed but no use.So the good reviews must have been provided by the company itself for promotion but a genuine buyer like me found this to be a waste product and waste of money including shipping. Thanks,Amar

Product works on travertine
It worked relatively well at romoving calcium buildup from hard water on travertine. But it had little effect on mildew.
